§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Chrono Company GmbH, Bad Meinberger Straße 1, GildeZentrum, 32760 Detmold (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking “Buy Now”, you place a binding order. The order confirmation by email constitutes acceptance of the offer.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made by credit card or PayPal.
§ 4 Delivery
We deliver worldwide. The delivery time is 3–7 business days within Germany and 7–14 business days internationally, each from the date of dispatch from Detmold
§ 5 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is two years from delivery.
§ 6 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 7 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
