Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide — to Germany, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and internationally.
Shipping Costs
Orders from €55.00: Free shipping to Germany.
Orders under €55.00: €5.99 shipping to Germany.
EU, Switzerland, UK and International: from €55.00: Free shipping - under €55.00: €5.99 VK

The first FRAME series will be produced at the official launch. Due to limited quantities, individual models or configurations of the first series may sell out early.
Subsequent series will be continuously produced and expanded. The standard delivery time is approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of order.
If stock is already available, delivery via DHL Express can be reduced to approximately 2–3 business days.

Exact information on current availability is available at any time via email inquiry or automatically after your order within your order confirmation, including the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Provider
We ship with DHL. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply. These are borne by the buyer.
